Hey, Elizabeth, I was wondering if you knew anything more about Archie. Hope he's doing all right!

Thank you for asking about him!

Well, we just finished the first round of antibiotics, and it looks to me like the swelling in his leg has gone down quite a bit, which is positive. I just spoke with his original vet this morning and we are going to start him on a second round of antibiotics, as well as fluids (just to be on the safe side) tonight. So, keep your fingers crossed! He has continued to be very active, and have a pretty good appetite, and other than the side effect of him running away from me all the time he seems to be doing ok. I need to find out from the vet what the sign that he will be ok is.

Thanks again for thinking of him. Please keep him (and me) in your prayers.

Elizabeth

ps - I am trying to log in and keep everyone posted regularly, unfortuntely I am sort of in "AAAAAHHhhHHHHH" mode at the moment. Looking for a new job, trying to fight fires at the old one, etc.

Sorry, meant to post but hit the space bar...
It is so encouraging that he continues to eat and there is a marked improvement in his situation.
I wish you the best! Good luck keep up the good work.
