Great face! If you want to see cham mittens, look at a nice plump melleri...they have huge feet that can span a couple of inches across. I had the honor of meeting a huge male yellow lipped Parson's chameleon in the wild once. He could numb your hand with his grip and his feet were almost the size of a cat's paw. He was a gentle dignified guy too.

feet got that big, the Melleri. I like them alot and have looked at many pictures( I like BIG lizards) but I have read that they are extremely shy and skiddish.

However I'm sure there is the exception, there are always some nice, and some agressive with all species.

That must have been a real KICK to see the parsons in the wild, and to have him act like a gentleman, hehehehe !

I will have to see some pics of their feet, as I do LOVE the MITTEN'S look.

Nice talking, glad to have finally conversed with you!

Actually, the melleri I've had were not particularly shy. And, along with those hammy feet, a melleri who doesn't want to be handled can blacken your thumbnail with a bite. FYI, there is an excellent melleri forum with links to great info on YahooGroups. There is a new website with lots of melleri keeping info called The Melleri Discovery you could check out. The primary author hatched some cbb babies a few months ago.
