The results came in today and here is what the Coroner had to say.

Terri died of dehydration (not starvation) consistent with a person being in a vegetative state.

Her brain was profoundly atrophied weighing one half what it should have.

The severe brain damage was irreversable. What was left of her could not have survived without the feeding tube.

There was no evidence that she had been strangled or abused and no sign of drugs.

Terri was BLIND. (odd because her family claimed she tracked movement with her eyes.)

Anyhow...that should finally shut up the people who claimed she was abused and was conscious to the end.

First off, I feel bad for her family to have to go through something like this. That said, let it go. I just saw on the news they are going to meet with other doctors to discuss the autopsy and may even seek legal action. Im not sure what type of action there is to take but thats what they said. I dont understand the conspiracy theories regarding this case.

What seems to be the case is that her parents have become so deeply obsessed with their "right to life fight" that they are totally unwilling to grasp any evidence contrary to their opinion.

It really sounds like they want revenge on Terri's husband for what happened to her even though the evidence exonerates him.
