Hi all,
I've tried to change Rana from her baby cage to her big girl cage and it's not going so well. The first time I tried, she freaked out and was crawling on the screen and was very dark for the whole day. I put her back in her baby cage and she was fine. I tried to change her cages at night after she had gone to bed and put everything in the same spots as the baby cage, when she woke up she turned dark and would not eat for 2 days (very unlike her!!!!). So I put her back in the baby tank and she ate like a pig and was hanging out in front of her mister for water. So my question is can I leave her in her baby cage? It's 16x16x24inches tall, is that to small for an adult? It has a huge potho that she loves to hide in and lots of branches. She is about 5inches long snout to vent now and growing like a weed. Other than that everything else is going great! She is soo healthy and pretty and I just don't want to stress her out if I don't have too. Oh and her other cage is 24x24x36 and I put it in the same spot as her baby cage so her view would not change. Temps are the same, it has a Schef. plant, Potho, fake vines and lots of branches and lighting is the same, and the only major difference is the location of the mister and where the water sprays out from and the size. Any thoughts???
