My baby female caramel corn has been having digestion problems and today she shed. I found something sticking out of her cloaca.
I put her in a mild salt water solution right away. What should I do now? Wait? Take her to a vet?

An experienced and knowledgable reptile vet should be able to replace a prolapse. In the meantime, keep it on paper or another substrate that won't adhere to it or damage it.
There's a technique you can try yourself using sugar water but I don't know the details. Might be worth starting a new topic at the top of the forume with "Suspected prolapse" in the subject line. You'll probably get a few folks with experience helping out then.
In the meantime, book that vet appointment. There's always a risk of damage and infection and if that happens with a prolapse it can be life-threatening.
