It looks like 1/3 of one of my clutches is dying in various stages of development. All the eggs that have died have been fertile. One, with a baby that was fairly far along. Has anyone else had problems with partial losses of clutches? My temperatures are correct. I'm fairly confident that the moisture content of the vermiculite is correct. There's a chance some water fell on them from the lid of the container they're in. I'm also thinking it could be due to the nutritional condition of the female. She's healthy but may not have been adequately supplemented before giving birth. I rerad recently that sometimes eggs will develop until one or more particular nutrients are used up inside of the egg. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance,
