Hi Everyone, I've been lurking here for quite a while and finally decided to join in. Great to finally see Heloderma getting the attention they deserve. I've been keeping Heloderma for about 25 years and had my first breeding success with them back in 1991. I am currently raising a nice group of Rio Fuertes (from Bob Applegate) that will hopefully be ready to breed next year.
Anyway, my copy of Beck's book arrived in the mail today and after just a brief review I already love it. Lots of great information and pictures. I especially enjoyed the composite pictures showing the range of variation within each of the subspecies and populations. DEFINITELY worth the money.
