Yes, put 3" or 4" heat tape near the back.
Also, here's a tip from Bob Applegate. If you use lids in your racks, make the shelves a little short so the boxes are easier to get to.

I use the 3" heat tape and put it in the back of the container. I also use the lids for the containers just to be safe so the leos don't escape. If you decide to use the lids make sure your containers have sufficient ventillation. I cut out at least half of the lid then put in screens and I also drill 1/2" holes all over the side of the container.
