ZEENEWS (Noida, India) 13 June 05 30 sweet water crocodiles for Bangladesh from India
Dhaka: Bangladesh would receive 30 sweet water crocodiles from India to save the species from becoming extinct in the riverine country, officials said today.
The crocodiles were being brought from Madras Crocodile Bank and would be sent to Dhaka and Chittagong zoo after they arrive on June 17, the officials were quoted as saying by the Bengali-language Prothom Alo daily.
