New uro.....and set-up

jazzmachine Jun 16, 2005 09:48 PM

Well I went away for the weekend, and when I returned to my suprise there was a new Uromastyx in my house. My girlfriend had picked one up for me while I was away. Talk about an awesome way to come home!! So I thought I would share some early pics of him, and his set-up. As always please feel free to critique in any way. It was a bit of a rush job, seeing as how I just returned. So I had to set him up rather quickly. Thanks in advance for any tips or info, or anything else.

Kevin

Just to give you the dimensions of the tank as well. It is 4 feet long by 2 feet high, by 2 feet wide. Pretty large, and I pray I never have to move it, hehehe.

Your new guy should be just fine in that set up. Only thing I'd worry about is if he could climb on top of something and try to jump up at the lights. Could possibly knock them down and get burnt.

BUT that's just ME.

He's cute. Congrats
