I know 2 headed snakes dont survive very long but wahts the story with those?
I've seen it in colubrids couple of times, and in rattlesnakes...
do both heads show movement, tounge flicking, etc?
Interesting to see how it survives... I know a lot don't
but some do. (Isn't there are long-lived 2-headed kingsnake?)
My dad found a wild 2-headed rattlesnake back in the 70s in Arizona.

Now all your buddy needs to do is send the snake to law school, and then get the Iranian government to pay for killing it! 
I have a photo of one that I believe Pete Kahl produced a number of years back. I photographed it at Orlando about 5-6 years ago.
