Hey now, there's no mold or poop in there, atleast just old wet paper and some fine moss in the corners, but yeah it's due.My striped borneo always has her cage wet. She's pretty active.Man I still have two more years to go to prove out these marbles, I can't imagine what these babies will look like.More pics coming, just got my 04' sarawak from Garby and took a hopper so that's a good thing.Later, Ethan
They both look great, I just love the various appearances that the marbles have to them.
Ethan,AWESOME pair.I didn't think I liked marbles till I saw those two.I think I like them because they look like Sarawaks. Can you post pics of the Sarawaks pls. Ash Lopez

Interesting. Those have black and white granite appearance on the laterals that we often to as marbling AND they have the dorsal pattern that I think was the origianl "marble" morph pattern. Was it K. McPeek that originally used that name in reference to the dorsal pattern?
In any case, they are quite beautiful. As nice of Borneos as you are likely to see. Centrailians huh? Nice trade. Remind me to never buy a car from you.
Good luck
Steve
Hey 5rings, those centralians weren't too cheap, casey lazik line. I think I paid $325 for one and $250 for a male. But still I think I scored in the long run, no I know I did. Thanks, Ethan

A couple of years ago I would have said $250 for Lazik line Bredl's would have been a real bargain, from a financial perspective. It seems like Bredl's have fallen on minor disfavor lately though. Bredl's are very nice animals, as are all carpets in my opinion. (I keep IJs) But prices have dropped dramtically. There was some discussion on the Morelia list as to why that was. Some of that has to do with increased supply but I think Yasser said that it was also likely due to the lack of morphs found in the species. With quite a few morphs popping up in coastals and now IJ's people have redirected their efforts.
Thats all just theory and but my opinion of your trade is based soley on my personal preferences. I love those two snakes you got in the trade. It has nothing to do with their market value or the money invested. It is an impossible task but I try to keep the prices and values as far out of my mind as possible when buying or owning snakes. It wouldn't take me two heart beats to have made that trade and I love carpets.
That was a long way of saying in my opinion "it was a job well done". Now, please put me on the baby list. I'd love to have one of the offspring from those two.
Take care
Steve
I love marbles, they really are so cool to own and look at. If you breed a marble do you get half marbles, or how does that work? I can't wait to play around with mine. Great snakes!!
