....so here I cruise into work..a tad L8t, a flat tire on my sweet Celica...not suspecting a very unsual herping event was about to unfold....
The Parks Trails Construction Supervisors were waiting for me....they have sharp eyes & notice the unusual...today they had found the very unusual...crossing the road in a desert area of Cave Creek w/ low density housing..not likely, but not impossible... for an escapee to be rediscovered...these live in an arid habitat on the Arabian penninsula...
could this be a member of a founding population??? I've heard they do very well in Hawaii...

Its threat behavior was that of a wild... dinosaur...these are definitely not lizards...
