How many is too many for a pixie?

nomadofthehills Jun 18, 2005 01:23 AM

we have a pixie at work, first sized, and i fed him 74 large crickets, one at a time to see if he would ever stop eating. After 74, he seemed to lazy to hop, and was unaccurate with his strikes, and had to swallow a few times.

In the wild, do these frogs eat themseleves to deaht?

There is anecdotal evidence of pixies eating themselves to death. Is it possible? Anything is possible!
