Wow! Great shot of the alligator and hatchlings. What lens lenght did you use? How far away were you?

Nice snake shots. I don't know much about snakes. I'm a lizard owner myself.

There is never a need to guess. In Winows XP, right click on the .jpg file that your camera created, and select properties. The lens length, F/stop, shutter speed, flash used, white balance, ISO speed, and exposure compensation, as well as the date and time are recorded as EXIF information for each photo taken on your camera.

MDK,

These are very nice. I enjoyed all three. Normally, I'd say the grass in front of the mother gator's face was not a plus, but the fact that she is watching over her hatchlings (which are sharp and nicely placed in the photo) actually makes the grass in front of her face a nice addition to the shot. It fits with the theme of a protective mother watching closely from behind the scenes. The two grass blades framing her eye are a nice touch. That photo is my favorite of the three, but the GTP and white lipped photos have great lines that are pleasing to the eye. Great work!

Cheers,
WK
