Prowl your neighborhood for a neighbor that has Mulberry trees. Offer to trim the trees for them for free. Luckily, I have 2 Mulberry trees and every day when I put fresh leaves in, the silkworms are much larger.
There are several internet companies that supply silkworms; silkwormwholesale.com, silkwormfarm.com, mulberryfarms.com and some others, check the classifieds on this site under food/feeders. Silkworms only eat the chow or mulberry leaves, specifically white mullberry, they MAY also eat some of the other mulberry (red).

good choice- they are really nutritious.
silkworms grow faster at their later instars (once their head gets large and white), and slowest at first. to speed things up a little bit, you can keep them at higher temperatures (~80 F), and make sure they stay dry.
