Darwin seems to be eating a bit less these days. I usually feed him twice a day but his afternoon meal is often left uneaten or many crix left. Waiting for some silkies to hatch, so for right now he is getting just crickets and his salad, which he will nibble on a especially late in the day. He is growing great and healthy so I am not worried about him (11" and 90g - 4 1/2 months) but just wondering what the rule of thumb is re: age, food quantity, supplementing. He currently gets Ca/D3 4-5x/week and a multivitamin dust 2x/week. My crix are very well gutloaded.
thanks,
lele

I feed as many silkies/roaches as he can eat 3 times a day plus 1/2 cup of salad, most of the time he eats all his salad too. Keep feeding mostly insects until 1 year of age, then you can feed mostly greens. Sometimes I give Torque just a salad so he learns to eat his greens too. I figure once he hits 8 months or so I will cut down to 2 insect feedings a day plus a really big salad.
