Boaphile Plastics vs. Jungle Plastics - INPUT PLEASE!

Liann Jun 20, 2005 10:42 AM

Does anyone have any opinions about these two types of cages? How similar are they materials-wise? They look almost identical online. The pricing of the Jungle Plastics is quite a bit cheaper than Boaphile though. Does anyone have any opinions on either product? I'm looking to get a cage stack pack of 5 in dimensions 48"L x 24"D x 12"H. Originally I was only looking for 3, but added two female BP's to my zoo yesterday and need more space now. It's going to be quite a big purchase for me, so I want to make sure to get the best quality for my money while still keeping things reasonable. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated!

Don't own either so I have no input on those two. I went with monstercages.com 48x30x18. Very well built, sterdy and holds heat very well. I will be ordering more cages from them in the future.

i am assuming you mean jungle habitats plastics. while the cages are similar the customer service is not. i dont want to get this thread deleted (its happened before, i know, i know, TOS :P ) so i wont talk bad about boaphile. ill just try to talk about jungle habitats plastics. i have never heard someone/ read/ or ever gotten the inkling about someone being unhappy with alan halls customer service or product.....other companies on the other hand *cough* i know a person, have heard from people, and read about poeple who swear they will never buy from the other company *cough* again because of emails never being returned, calls not answered or returned, jus tthe general feeling that you are not a valued customer.i usually make my own stuff, i have not bought from either of these guys so you dont have to listen to me by any means.i am just passing on what i have gathered. but ask around and post around about boaphile customer service compared to alans and see what you come up with.

i am sure others will chime in, probably not against boaphile, but instead they will chime in in favor of alan and jungle habitat plastics

They came in about a month.Which I thought was reasonable.I think when you first order you get a automated response email.I did not have a problem so I could not tell you about customer service.I ordered condo cages.I was very impressed with them.Exellent quality compared to other plastic caging that I have seen at shows.Very pleased.
