I have a female brb that went on a three month fast and continued to gain weight and size(should be gravid)then yesterday ate a full size rat, has anyone else had a gravid brb eat while gravid?

Well I havn't dealt with Brazilians but as far as I know they should be similar to the Red-tails. Many females will not eat when gravid but it is not uncommon for them to accept meals. In fact many breeders will offer undersized meals to help them keep good body weight and stay healthy through the draining process of giving birth. I have had females eat 5 weeks before giving birth but I'm sure some eat even longer than that. I would suggest offering undersized meals to a female that wants food. As far as whether or not she is gravid...who knows? If you think she should be than she probably is.

...My BRBs eat very very sparingly while they are gravid. I offer them small rats midway thru gravidity and some of them will eat them. Others will refuse them and not eat the entire time they are gravid. Every year I have a few BRBs that look and act gravid when they are not. These snakes will sometimes go the entire 5 months without a meal and not lose weight and then start eating without laying babies. We do have a Rainbow Boa forum here on kingsnake.com.
