Philadelphia rules

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any rules against keeping small colubrids in Philadelphia, PA. I've poked around the city website and I have not been able to find anything.

I know that you cannot possess crocodilians, large constrictors and venomous. I don't think there are any laws in Philadelphia about anything else. If you have any more questions I live in Bucks and would be happy to find out for you.

Hognose in phila. are considered venemous , because they are rear fanged. Also can't keep anything over 8 foot, I beleive.
