pacman frog help!

my sisters frog looks like it's stomic is hanging out of its mouth! i've heard of other frogs doing this but is it normal for a pacman frog the olny thing that i can think of causing this is that i've been feeding it giant meal worms for the past 2 days. please help let me know if this is normal or what is going on. thanksd in advance.
