Anyone heard of this snake?

I know a woman who runs a rescue for all types of animals. She had a snake dropped off to her the other day, and was told it was a Brown Tree Boa? I was unfamiliar with this species, so I did some research (only a little) and could not find anything. Has anyone heard of this snake before? If so how big does it get? Where is it from originally? Also, how much do they go for? Thanks a bunch everybody in advance!
