Babies leaving the nest

How long on average do you keep hatchlings before you start to give them away? I know they should be well established and eating well. Do you base it on size or age or what? I've seen beardies in pet stores that look like they just hatched! I was thinking around 3-4 weeks maybe?

It's recommended that the babies be at least 6 inches long and well established eaters before attempting to sell or ship. I saw the pics you posted in the other thread....nice!!

It's your best bet to wait until AFTER the first shedding
