Best first DWARF chamaleon?

Jeanin Jun 21, 2005 08:53 PM

Hello
I have been reading about chamaleons for awhile and interested in getting one. I am leaning towards Dwarf because from what I gather they can be kept in a wel planted 55 gallon tank.
This is my first chamaleon and not sure which dwarf is best "easier" for first Dwarf chamaleon.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

I suggest Rhampholeon brevicaudatus. They are the easiest to get a hold of and the heartiest IMO. There is an article at chameleonnews.com (latest issue) about setting up their habitat.
