Double Yes (no pun intended!!).....
I have a first time breeder this spring that gave me 12 good eggs/1 slug on the first clutch and without mating afterwards (since she was a first timer and he premating weight was 390gr) just last week, she gave me 2 good/5 slugs in the second clutch...

Just goes to show you while you may be able to influence double clutching, you cannot postiively control it. I have an amel sunglow that was 450gr whom I bred after her first clutch several time now but no indication of a second clutch from her. like I said, you can influence it, but not control it.....
