not a resounding success in the tegu's eyes. He TOTALLY freaked out, tore through the cage slonging bed-a-beast everywhere, including out the top and all over the room. Now he's on top of his hide, hopefully calming down. Quite the mess :/

Yea, used it moist. He settled down finally and seems good now. He's always been a bit skittish.
