ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED...
I am new to leo's, but I would try a nice warm soak. Sometimes that gets things moving.
If she is impacted, there is really not much you can do, but take her to a vet. I had this situation happen to me before and there is a lot a vet does to fix the problem. All you can do in the meantime is to get her onto a safe substrate, try to get her to drink water, and give her warm soaks of water. The vet can give you medications that will help, and in my case, rehydrate the leo through an iv. I don't mean to sound harsh, but if it is an impaction, I would get it to the vet asap. I waited 2 extra days and that was too long....

If you want her to survive, take her to the vet...she probably needs a gecko enema or surgical intervention if she is impacted.
Right now, you can give her a luke warm soak for 10-15 minutes (don't get water up anywhere near her nostrils or eyes!!) and then massage her belly to try and "get things moving".
If you have loose substrate in her enclosure, get her off it and put her on paper towels instead.
But seriously...take her to a vet.

BUT CAN NOT GET THERE UNTIL FRIDAY. SHE SEEMS TO HAVE HAD A SMALL MOVEMENT BUT AM GUESSING MORE UP THERE. WILL TRY A SOAK TONIGHT TO SEE IF THAT HELPS. HAVE BEEN GIVING WATER AND ENSURE IN SMALL DOSES THRU-OUT THE DAY. THANKS FOR THE RESPONCES. IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I WILL DEF NOT LOOSE HER. SHE IS A SHTCT THAT WAS SIRED BY MY LARGEST TREMPER GIANT.
Vanilla Ensure is great...Pedialyte is fantastic for rehydrating. I've always needed a dropper or a syringe to get them into the geckos.
If she's housed with other geckos, I'd try to quarantine her...without overly stressing her if possible.
You could try a few drops of mineral oil to get things moving. But be careful -- not too much.
If she has any infections as a result (which is common), have your vet treat her for those.
Good luck with your girl - I hope she pulls through!

What substrate are you using?
It may have impacted her, change her to paper towels until you get everything sorted out
