Yes they are ok. I heard that some people do not agree with them because they are treated with hormones......When I showed my leos their first superworms they were very excited. They acted like a human would if you showed them a porter house steak......they love them.....over time they get bored with them just like other things......

They aren't treated with horomones, i think your thinking of king mealworms. But yes they are ok for your leo, i'd switch it up a bit, some mealworms one week, superworms the next, superworms arent exactly the healthiest things for leos but can be fed to them. Just 3-5 superworms a feeding will do fine, they may eat more but they will probably regurgitate it.
