I came home today at the same time my wife got home (rarity. She turned on the kitchen light and said "why do you have the snake on the dog bowl?" As if I put her ther on purpose. Appearently I left her door open and while we were gon she had an adventure. I feel really lucky that she decided to hang out on the dog's dish till I got home. Maybe My lab izabel was watching over her. Unfortunately my dog really likes snakes as she was raised with them and likes to give them kisses. I worry what would happen if she encountered a rattler in the wild. not good.

On of our kittens kept going to sleep in our dog's food dish. I wanted to name it puppy chow but the wife and kids shot it down.
