I'll be building a total of 5 cages.

I need the cages to have 130*F bask spots, and 85 ambient temps throughout the rest of the cage, and through the night it needs to stay 85*F in there.

So when I build, what all lighting and heating do I need to keep all the cages at a steady 85*F at night?

The ambient temps will depend on your ambient room temps and even the subrtrate can have a role in it as well. I merc vapor bulb will get your hot spot to that temp with no problem at all.
