JoeJ Jun 24, 2005 07:32 PM

Does anyone have advice on rhino eggs: average number of eggs, humidity, and temp? Thanks.

A friend of mine decided to sell his house last fall and sent me part of his snake collection, including 2.2 Rhyncophis boulengeri. We should all have friends like this

One of the females just dropped 7 eggs, which I think is pretty normal. She is not a large female by any means. They are being incubated the same as the clutch that was produced and successfully hatched by her sibling the previous year. 82* F on vermiculite and water, 1:1 by weight.

I believe we are expecting 60 days incubation time.
