is there a way to tell sex of a redtail boa without probing??

i have no rep vet near me to go to to have my snake probed and would like to know the sex any info would be great

Boas are easy to tell from the shape of the tail and the presence (or lack) of easily visible cloacal spurs. If you can easily see the spurs, it's most likely a male. The female's tail is shorter with a more abrupt taper from the cloaca to the tail.
