They all fed tonight! frozen thawed. Woo-hoo!

Hey,
Isn't it great when you get a new blood or short--tail etc. and it takes frozen thawed from the start. Man! what a relief for me tonight, when I fed all 13 babies for the first time, f/t, and they all took from the forcep. There were however 2 babies that steadfastly refused all meals, f/t or live hoppers, and a third that took a live hopper after several attempts at feeding, but refused a f/t small mouse tonight. However, this little guy while running away from me when presented a small f/t mouse, took the f/t rat fuzzy with fervor and a ferocity only witnessed in already established feeders. What a joy! I'm estatic as you can imagine. Anyhow, just a keepers thoughts. I felt the need to share. Thanks Micheal Hano, for coming through for me today with the fuzzies.

Cool, nice to get past that first step. Those black bloods of yours are so fine!!! Now I feel guilty and need to go try to feed something. Best of luck with all your animals... jody
