We have had Tilley for 2 years now (she was over 4 feet long when we got her). Last summer she laid some eggs in her den; we didn't know she was gravid. My husband wanted to breed her, but it was difficult finding a male near her size. We found one a few months ago. We think he is beautiful. We fell in love with him. His name is Rex.....
***[SIDE NOTE: We have raised Bearded Dragons for 5 years now, and had two planned cluthes, both of which were successful.]
.....anyway, Tilley is gravid and looks like she is about to pop. She has a nesting box ready. The past couple of days she has been all over the den. She'll stay in the nesting box for a good while, then she'll come out and roam or lay under her log or blankie (yes, she's spoiled: she loves the color red so we gave her a red shirt to sleep in).
I've been spending most of my time watching her lately. I'm a very anxious "grandma".
I'm having a hard time getting my homework done.
From the research I've done, I believe I have provided her with and ideal nesting place, but her restlessness is making me nervous.
**What do ya'll think of their coloring? Rex is the ?common corn? and Tilley is the ?albino?
We think they are both beautiful, common or not.
