I will be starting college in florida this august. I will need to drive down from New Jersey. I also need to take my 5 leos and 2 cresteds with me. Is this terribly stressful? even if i regulate temperatures and keep them in their tanks in my jeep as we go? We will be driving straight through so it should take 24 hours or so. I'm pretty worried, but I can't think of any other ways to get them down theres instead of mailing them which im pretty much even more "eh" about.

I dont really have an answer for your question, but in the paper there was an article about this family who were traveling from seatle to minneapolis and they took their leos with them. they had a heat lamp that they could plug in the ciggarette lighter thingy and it worked out for them. the only problem that they had was they ended up having to stay in a hotel in Bozeman, Montana, but they hotel didnt allow pets so they had to sneak the gecko in and the crickets were making noise all night.
