I recently acquired an adult female Black Mexican Kingsnake. She laid infertile eggs and now will not hold any food items down. She will kill and consume the prey item, but then in a day or so will regurgitate the food. What should I do?????

We need to know a few things. Do you know if she was wild caught and did you know she was gravid? What temps do you keep her at and on what type of substrate? Have you noticed any other symptoms like extra nasty poop or blood? The fact she is strong enough to kill her meals is a good sign....how long are you waiting in between offering her food after she barfs? If she puked, then attempted eat in any less than a week chances are she needs more time to recover from all the nasty fluid in her stomach that is basically burning her throat....there's strong stuff down in there.
