First and formost make sure to do your research on these guys the hardest thing is not getting them to breed but getting the neonates to feed.Make sure you buy from a reputabel breeder I can't think of the website I believe its finegtps.com but dont take my word for it I know greg maxwell has a good site and of course theres always brandon osborne hes a good guy and has nice animals.I hope this helps you
if you're getting in to chondros for the purpose to breed you might be sorely dissapointed. Females take at least 4 years to get to breeding size and not all males make good breeders. If you are looking to breed you might want have a large enough breeding stock to help you along the way.
Forget everything about locality, for the most part it's bs. Find a pair you like from a BREEDER (most locality animals do NOT come from US breeders). THe majority of breeders will be very hesitant to stick any locality name on their animals.
Anywho, this is not the best place to find breeders or keepers for that matter.
