Brown snakes

Hi, i live in atl and there are plenty of brown snakes in my backyard. but i only see them about onces a week. i was woundering if there was a good way to make a snake trap? and how to make one?

i heard that there was this thing called a funnel trap, where there if food in a hole, and the snake has to get it by going through the tube placed into the hole, and cant get out. also, just another thought, u could try the this idea:

1. get somthing that small snakes cant get out of, like a tank.
2. put a pinkey mouse or two at one end and tie one string to connect both of them
3. connect that string to a door that can swing open and closed.
4. make sure that the string goes from the pinkey, to the top of the cage, to the door.
5. when the snake tugs on to the pinkey, it will pull the door shut, but to make ur chances of catching one better, try to observe the trap often, but put it in a place where you can watch it from inside your house.

i have one Brooks Kingsnake, hopefully breeding in the next couple of years! yaaahhhh, only if i can find a male though lol, but im still looking for a male lol
