Here is a good question for ya'll......

First off, I know the pic is too big. My adobe trial expired. Anyway, this is a normal for all intents and purposes, and he will be bred just so I know more of what's going on. What I am wondering is how often does the genetics cross in co-dom or het litters to cause these mutations? I have seen half normal half albino crosses as well. Does anyone know the factors yet? Is it usually when the parents are intense animals? Has anyone bred thse type of animals? How about the paradox? Anyone breed those yet? Any findings? Please share your findings. I am also interested in your thoughts even if you are new to all this as well. Thanks everyone. Andy Federico

I do not have any answers for you. Just wanted to say thats a great looking normal. I really like all your pics. You produced some great looking boas this year.

. . . produce hypos in your breedings. If not , then he's a spectacular normal, or a paradox of sorts. It's easier to tell what's going on in recessive trait animals, much more blendings going on with the co-doms/doms. Some Jungles are hard to tell, and I've seen an Arabesque that was close to borderline as well.
Anyhow, I think the mixture that you have is just right to have given you an excellent looking Boa.

Hey since your trial for adobe expired try The Gimp 2. It is a image editor for linux but they have also made a port for windows. So far I like it and well, its free so you don't have to worry about spending a lot of money

I have a pretty good grasp on genetics or at least I'd like to think. But "What I am wondering is how often does the genetics cross in co-dom or het litters to cause these mutations?" has me confused. My first guess would be it crosses everytime you breed the animal but that can't be what you mean. Help me out understanding what you mean and maybe we can figure this out together, on paper at least. I love this kinda stuff and you definitely got my attention with that pic.

Have you seen the picture of the albino that has a head that looks as though it were split down the middle? It has one half the body of a normal and the other half is an albino...Also similar is the paradox albino...a good one was just posted at top of page. Andy
