Hatching eggs

I have three eggs I'm trying to hatch. Neever done it beofre and I am getting concerned when two of the eggs turn brown and is growing mold on them whet it means and is there anything I can do?

When they grow mold, the embroy is dead/ or unfertile, its ok to throw them out. How to have them set up to incubate?
