04 Arabesque Albino - New Camera Test Shots

topnotchboas Jun 26, 2005 11:32 AM

Finally broke down and purchased the Nikon D50. I went back and forth between it and the Nikon D70 ... in the end I went for the smaller/newer body, the D50 (with a lesser lens).

I have lots of learning to do as this is my first (D)SLR camera. These are a few test shots I took in the shade.

The color comes out very clearly in your pictures. It is nice to have the pictures of your awesome 04 albino to contrast with my 05 babies to see what I have to look forward to.

I'm glad to see she's turning out so well for you and I love the last picture that shows a close up of her color. It really shows what's so special about the arabesque albinos!

Hopefully one day I can achieve such shots!

I just took another round with the sunglow possible het stripe, I think they came out even better.

The kit lens on the D50 really doesnt look too horrible, I was actually expecting less, it being just a $150 lens.
