White-lined/skunk Gecko & roaches

br4d05 May 17, 2003 11:00 AM

I have been seeing alot about how roaches are alot easier than crickets to breed, also they are better for them i read.

I have been trying to breed crickets but it just wont work they will lay the eggs but they never hatch. They are kept moist and everything.

So here is my question, is it okay for full grown white-lined geckos to eat roaches? When I first got these guys (2-3 years ago) I saw nothing anywhere about them eating roaches.

Thanks
-Brad

Hello,

Yes, white-lines will eat roaches. But the roaches have to be the right size. You can't go feeding an adult mad. hisser to them.

What type of roach are you thinking of feeding them.
