In 2000 I purchased a pair of het-albinos and the first clutch was all normals. I questioned myself and the source, but hung in their knowing the odds (the source was reliable).

Bred in 2003 producing 7 normal offspring....Gave the gal a year off....

2005...six eggs, six offspring...2 albinos!

two out of 13 ....that is why I do not gamble.

BUT, in my mind I hit the lotto.

I keep one and the wife gets the benefits from the other

Congratulations! I'm awaiting my het albino female (bred by het male) to lay within the next week.

100% het female that has not produced a single egg in the last 3 years. I hope I see something this year.
