Finally have the internet again

Joe Jul 14, 2003 06:07 PM

Hey guys, sorry about taking so long coming back to the forum. We finally got the internet at the new apartment. The dragons are all doing great. I think I caught the armata's in a little courting activity, so hopefully I will have a pregnant armata here in the next few months. As for the capra's, they are just hanging out not doing too much as usual. Cheyannes Lucky has joined the group now and has already gone through a full shed. Well I just thought I would show up and say hi since I am back now.

I wondered what happened to you! It has really been slow and quiet here. Need to see some chatter.

Nice to see you are up and about again Big congratulations on you possible armata breeding. I want a pair of babies when you get them if you decide to sell any.
How is the new home?

Take care

Cheyanne,

Trust me, you and Marcia are both getting first dibs on the babies if I end up getting some. You both have helped me out a lot. After that anyone that frequents these forums will have dibs before newcomers. I am not getting too excited about i though, because with my luck nothing really happened and they were just chasing each other around PO'd or something. LOL. I am glad to see you are still coming to the forum. Did you decide to keep a few MHD's out of the bunch? How are the ackies coming, get anymore yet or still just working with that one?

Joe,
It is good to see you back too. It has been a while since I was able to come on this often. It is nice to see all the new keepers and read the success stories, both human (Arconna, sorry to hear of your loss of Bob but I am glad it wasn't you) and MHD.
I am planning on keeping one pair to have as pets, and selling the rest of my males. If they breed thats good, if not that's fine too. I love them too much to totally quit having them. Plus I have too many plants to keep anywhere else We have a whole lot of snakes to deal with and trying to keep groups of any lizards is difficult. It has put the Ackie project on a bit of a hold though. I still have just Godzilla but he is a spoiled little guy and very entertaining! Someday I will wrestle the camera away from Yasser and get some good pictures of him. I'm just going to take it slow with the lizards, have a pair of my favs as pets and breed snakes. Then when we have more freedom I can expand the Ackies and hopefully saturate the market with babies.
I wish you great success with the armatas. Got my fingers crossed that they were in fact making amorous play instead of fighting. Glad to hear that Lucky has joined the capra group. I found a picture of her that my daughter drew before Lucky went to you and got all misty eyed. I am sure she is happy though and has lots of new friends If it happens I would like to reserve in advance a little girl from her just to have a piece of her again.
Well I better sign off and return to work. lol
Take care everyone
