Introducing The Lightning Ball Python

cypresscreek Jun 27, 2005 01:37 PM

Submitted for your approval:

Here's the break down:
Back in 2000 I purchased a whacked out male import from a local importer. One quarter of the snake divided like a pie was perfect Desert Ghost. In my mind I new that no way was this not genetic. I bought the snake for $100.
When bred to a regular, half the clutch turn out what I thought looked like wanna be Desert Ghosts.
That was until Fireball came along. They are dead ringers for Fireball. In fact when I showed Bob Clark last year in Daytona I said "Bob I'm all over this Fireball thing, look." He just looked a me a little bewildered, shook his head and said "Tom I hope you're wrong." LOL
Anyway that made me feel good.
So here I am thinking I'm going to get Black Eyed Lucy and boom
I get Lightning.
At this stage I'm about 99% sure that this is a new Co-Dom Super!
Oh' yes, I forgot to mention.
Where there's Lightning there is Thunder!!!
thnx
Tom

Can you expand on the Thunder comment? Was there something else in this clutch or are you predicting future.
