termites?

i had my little baby beardie outside one day ( sunning himself on a log) i didnt reallize it but there were a few termites on the end of the log, and ramses decided to eat them he chased them down and ate as menny a posible and looked for more. its been about a week sence then he seems fine is it ok that he likes termites?

Wild bugs are never a good thing to feed captive animals. They can contain parasites or pesticides that can be harmful to the dragon.

as for termintes in particular I have no idea. But I'm sure a few won't hurt him if he seems fine now.

But wild caught bugs are never a good idea.

Other than the concern of pesticidese or other harmful chemicals the termites may have infused into their bodies, I don't beleive eating termites is bad for dragons. As they eat a variety of insects in their n ative habitat, a few different insects in their diet won't be harmful (providing its not fireflies or other toxic insects).
