If using a Blackeyed Lucy, most probably 50% Fires;25% Normals;25% Goblin Markers/Yellow Bellies.

Wow...
ALL of the babies from that breeding would be Fire Yellowbellies. We don't know if they would be white snakes until we do the breeding, but they would all carry both traits. How could you have any normals from that breeding? You bred a Lucy to normal and got ALL Fires, why would breeding to a Ivory create normals? The Life cereal is on the way.....

Thanks, there is no possible breeding that would yield the results he listed. I have no idea how he could have come up with that.

If you breed a super pastel to a super cinamon you will get all pewters......SAME equation different morphs.

Huh? If you breed the "super" version of a co-dom to a normal (like a Super Pastel, Super Cinny, etc etc) then the babies will ALL be 100% het versions of the co-dom, (ie Pastels, Cinnies, etc etc).

So if you breed TWO Super versions of co-doms, how the heck are you getting any normals in your calculations???

If the two Lucy's are unrelated, then the babies should ALL be 100% het Fires and 100% het yellow bellies (assuming the Lucy wasn't of Mojave or Lesser orogin).

Ballboutique Jun 28, 2005 06:53 PM

You betcha

no normals

..maybe they are speculating that perhaps there will be some sort of connection between the two "white" genes.Which will result in a new mutation,(somewhat like the genetic path of the Pewter)....but that doesnt really explain why the yb would be the super...
