whitish clear liquid

after my tegu goes to the bathroom it excretes a whitish clear liquid that comes out from what it looks to be the hemipenis ?? what is this??

I agree with Russ. Rufus does that and I think it is normal. They empty everything at once so there may be a variety of colors.
