Had to buy some lottery tickets today!

wrgaines Jun 30, 2005 09:36 PM

Even when you work really hard and smart with your animals over the years, a "little LUCK" never hurts. Today, my Anery female (66% Het Albino) gave birth. I bred her to my Albino male (66% Het Anery). And "lots of LUCK" was with me today because both mother and father proved to be 100% definite hets. 30 neonates and 6 more SNOWS.

After I got mom and the babies all set up, I immediately went out and bought a 6-pack (OK, a 12-pack) and a couple of lottery tickets (OK, 10 lottery tickets). I'll let you all know how my tickets play out.

I suppose I should be dining out tonight and eating a big, thick steak. Nope ... it's cold leftover pizza for ole Bill (my wife is working late and I'm on my own).

Man that was some great luck! Congradulations on the beautiful snows and it looks like mom and dad are doing great as well which is always a plus. keep us updated on status of those snows. I think that will be something i am willing to get started in this year. But Beautiful babies and congrats on the litter!

Thanks everyone. I hope you all bring me GOOD LUCK with my lottery tickets. I'll really need to hit something just to pay the upcoming food bill for this litter.
