Good way to house moderate to large amounts of ball

stilltraining Jul 01, 2005 12:03 AM

Was just wondering how those with a lot of ball pythons house your animals. A breeder I work with has a surplus of normals they're selling cheap (4 males, 20 females I believe), so I was thinking of stocking up hehehe

Thanx for the advice

Hey for 10 of those females I will give you some personal one on one instruction and tell you anything you want to know! LOL!!!!

Racks are the only way to go. The new visions, freedom breeder, and kreature keeper are all good, quality racks. I have some of each and all work well. The new visions are light (made of aluminum) and come in single stacks of 10 which are easier to move around and you can roll them through a door without taking them apart.

All the snakes are VERY young, but from the looks of the female I got from them the other day look very nice for normals. As far as visions and stuff, I don't have the cash on hand for a set-up like that. sterlite tubs work great on green trees, so i figured they would on balls too. I'm getting my own house end of the year, and will be building cages then...but needed a cheap effective way till then. My only issue, is using flexwatt on plastic seems kind of dangerous.
